Starter provides a residency record for up to 2,000 students, with 5 admin logins. It includes roll call, occupancy, gate-movement records and approvals, complaints, notices and menus. Live operations, payments, integrations and customization require a paid plan.
Choose Start free and submit your campus details using phone OTP verification. Our team reviews your request and may call you for verification. Onboarding is self-guided with AI assistance.
Yes. Institutional supports up to 10,000 students and includes 50 admin logins, live campus operations, payments, customization, integrations, team-led training and dedicated support. Additional admin logins are ₹499 each.
Institutional uses an annual per-student subscription. Large Scale has custom pricing for your campus requirements. Contact sales on WhatsApp for a quote.
Large Scale adds unlimited student capacity, admin logins as required, full API access, scheduled reporting, archived event history, comprehensive emergency escalation, quarterly training and an onsite FretBox coordinator. Institutional supports up to 10,000 students with 50 admin logins and first-week onsite support.
Customization of workflows, approvals, fields, roles and branding is available only with paid plans. Bespoke development is not included in Institutional; it is quoted separately for Large Scale.
Alerts are product notifications. Starter has a capped SMS / WhatsApp allowance for onboarding and emergencies, with AI, email and ticket support. Paid plans include WhatsApp / SMS notifications and a dedicated WhatsApp support group.
